Cooking with Ray's Rub - Pork Loin

- Pork loin, 3-5 lb
- Olive oil, 1/3 cup
- Ray's Rub
Preheat oven to 375
Rub the outside of the pork loin with 1/3 cup of olive oil
Liberally coat both sides of the pork with Ray's Rub
Cook 15-20 minutes per pound
To note: Pork needs to reach 145 degrees internal temperature
Once you've reached 145 degrees, it's time to remove from the oven
Let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes wrapped in foil
